Who handles your data
The data controller is the operator of OFF TEMPLATE, company ID (IČO) 67047696. Full details are in the public Czech business register ARES. For anything about your data, write to offtemplateweb@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you fill in the enquiry form, we store your name, email, message and the service you chose. We use them only to reply and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps towards a contract at your request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact. If we start working together, the data is then governed by our contract and accounting rules.
Who can access it
Only us. The website runs on Cloudflare servers and enquiry notifications arrive in a Gmail inbox provided by Google. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and statistics
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and you can object to its use. Just send an email. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
